Returns & Shipping Policy
Shipping
1. Processing Time:
- All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Standard Shipping: 7-10 business days
- Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control.
3. Order Tracking:
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your order.
4. International Shipping:
- We currently ship not ship to countries outside USA.
1. Return Policy:
- We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. How to Start a Return:
- To start a return, contact us at returns@littletubbies.shop If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
3. Damages and Issues:
- Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
4. Refunds:
- Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded after 3-5 business days on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
5. Exchanges:
- The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
6. Exceptions / Non-returnable Items:
- Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
7. Return Shipping Costs:
- Return shipping costs will be shouldered by buyer.
8. Exchanges and Store Credit:
- If you prefer store credit or an exchange instead of a refund, please let us know when you initiate the return process.
